Dear Students,
It is my pleasure to welcome you to Government Graduate College, Mandi Bahauddin, one of the oldest and most respected educational institutions of the district. With a history extending back to 1920, the College has served the region for more than a century and has produced generations of educated individuals who have contributed to the progress of the country in diverse professions and fields of life.
Today, the College carries this proud legacy forward through its strong academic culture, dedicated faculty, and commitment to quality public-sector education. It offers Intermediate and undergraduate programs, including co-educational BS programs, with morning and evening classes and opportunities for further study after the Associate Degree in selected disciplines.
A particular strength of the College is its highly qualified and committed teaching staff, many of whom have deep roots in the local community and take a keen interest not only in students' academic achievement but also in their character, confidence, discipline, and intellectual development. The College is committed to providing all students, regardless of gender, a safe, respectful, constructive, and intellectually stimulating environment in which they can learn, think creatively, and realise their potential.
Spread over a spacious and attractive campus, the College offers a pleasant academic environment with green surroundings, scenic playgrounds, open spaces, student sitting areas, laboratories, library and other learning facilities. Academic life is complemented by sports, debates, literary and dramatic activities, quizzes, student societies, community service and other co-curricular and extracurricular opportunities.
Our endeavour is to preserve the rich traditions of this historic institution while preparing our students for the opportunities and challenges of the future. We aspire to produce knowledgeable, responsible and confident individuals who serve their communities and contribute meaningfully to the country.
